Core Global Training – Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for choosing Core Global Training for your training needs. Please take a moment to review our Fulfillment Policy carefully. By engaging in any of our in-person training, zoom training, or online courses, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

  1. In-Person Training

All sales of in-person training courses conducted by Core Global Training are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for in-person training courses. However, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend an in-person training event you have registered for, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential rescheduling options. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  1. Zoom Trainings

Similar to our in-person training courses, all sales of Zoom trainings are considered final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for Zoom training sessions. If you are unable to attend a Zoom training session for any reason, please contact us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to a recording of the session, if available, or explore alternative arrangements for you to catch up on the material missed. Rescheduling may not be available for Zoom training.

  1. Online Courses

Our online courses are designed to provide you with flexibility and self-paced learning opportunities. Due to the nature of online courses, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for online course purchases. Please review the course details, curriculum, and prerequisites carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter any technical issues or have questions about course content, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  1. Cancellation of Training by Core Global Training

While we make every effort to ensure the successful delivery of our training programs, there may be instances where we need to cancel or reschedule a training event. In such cases, Core Global Training will provide advance notice to registered participants and offer options for rescheduling or a full refund.
